Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the warm tones of the changing leaves, getting cozy on the couch with a blanket & cup of tea or cocoa, and wearing sweaters. Ok - let's be honest... I wear sweaters pretty much year-round, so with summer having passed, I guess this is just when I no longer look like a weirdo. And 95% of the time I won't watch tv at home without a blanket, regardless of the season. (I'm just always cold!)
Anyway, I rounded up some things I think would be perfect picks to help bring a little of the fall season into your home and wardrobe.
I love tortoiseshell pattern & the colors are perfect for fall! This color-blocked cardigan is great because it's mostly neutral (therefore easy to match with pretty much anything), but has a fun pop of color. For me, dark nails are a must when fall rolls around! I've always had a thing for berry wreaths -- in different colors for fall, winter or spring -- you just can't go wrong with their simple & classic look.
I really like the texture of this cardigan & the unique look it gives to a classic wardrobe staple. Galvanized metal anything is hard to resist. This tray - like the basket - could be used for so many things: coffee table or console table display, breakfast in bed, Thanksgiving dinner centerpiece, bathroom product organization, etc. Browsing Etsy for printable items is dangerous because there are soooo many amazing artists out there! I immediately fell for the lovely lettering, design and colors of this one. The Fall Harvest candle set includes three different scents: pumpkin spice, cranberry and autumn leaves -- the perfect way to fill your home with the wonderful aromas of this season! (Plus I like that they are handmade in the U.S.)
Again - a bold flat... but I love the contrasting toe color & cute strap design. These definitely combine all the best shades of fall. This delicate gold leaf necklace is gorgeous and would easily coordinate with any outfit. Living in the Pacific NW, I don't spend a lot of time outdoors once the weather turns cool and rainy. Starting a journal would be a great way to pass the time until the sun returns! Adding this classic cardigan (I told you I love sweaters!) makes wearing an adorable dress like this neutral floral one possible during the colder weather.
Sending cozy thoughts your way today!
